Dr Raj graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. She has also completed BSc Dent (Honours) from University of Adelaide , which is a research degree in Forensic Dentistry. In her final year of BDS, she was selected as one of the top students to do an academic program in Prince Philip Dental School at Hong Kong University. She was sponsored by the Australian Dental Association, The University of Adelaide, the Academy of Dentistry International and the International College of Dentistry. She acted as an ambassador for Adelaide University during the program.
After completing her BDS, Dr Raj worked in the public health service for a while and then moved into private practice. She has been working as a dentist in the Illawarra since 1996, and she has been based in Dapto for nearly 17 years.
She enjoys various aspects of dentistry especially complex restorative procedures such as crowns and bridges. She keeps up to date with advancing technology and research. Dr Raj has an excellent rapport with her patients and loves general dental practice.
Dr Raj is also a very keen gardener and loves animals.
